In your case , you should log first on the website , then retrieve your booking number in case it failed , you can still pay for this later
So call airfrance , send ID of your reservation , and ask them to check why this one failed and how you can validate it , or use the option ''time to think'' , it cost only 15 euros
If the price dropped , it's (i think) , a normal trick from airlines.
