I am a little confused about this...I have never used it. I tried to do it (for a revenue booking) and the agent at the Diamond line said "If the hotel is sold out, the only thing I can do is finding a hotel in the area" without even asking me what hotel/where.

I thought the benefit was gone until I looked at the T&C. It is definitely still there. What is the deal? Thanks.
