The rack at my local OM has had space reserved for the cards since early June, but none have ever been put there and the spaces remain empty. I spoke with the manager about it and she said that they have no control over the gift card rack since it's handled by a contractor who according to her, comes in "whenever he pleases." She wishes he would come in more often and fill the rack because empty spots make it look like they have no stock and it doesn't look good for the store in general.

I've been keeping an eye on it. We shall see...
