Spreading out on a sofa can be inconsiderate given how crowded the arrivals lounge gets, as well as not being particularly conducive to rest as it gets a bit noisy and not particularly dignified either.

However, there are reclining seats (they look like deck chairs) in the shower area where it always seems very quiet - I've never seen anyone using them so if you choose to have a nap there, it shouldn't adversely affect others and it's quieter than the main part of the lounge.

There are also comfortable seats near the Elemis Spa and usually not fully occupied but I am not sure if it would be appropriate for sleeping.
