If you do decide to stay at the airport, which I don't recommend, you can use the JAL Sakura lounge as business class passengers. There isn't much there in the line of food.

Haneda is a short trip from Hamamatsuchō by Monorail, and from there you can take the train or metro to... anywhere really. What do you want to do?
