You can only redeem SQ flights in Y. You cannot redeem J or F on A380, 77W aircrafts and these are the only aircrafts servicing from the USA.
On other routes not served by these aircrafts, you may then book in F, J and Y.. eg A330, 772ER, 773 aircrafts.
