You won't trigger it if separate PNR. You aren't fully protected to BNA for EC261 doing it like that either, only as far as ORD, however AA will do their best for you, and I am also happy with 90 minute connections at ORD, admittedly HBO.

Flagship will be closed, it stops admission at 18 hrs, and 18:30 everyone is out. It's the weakest Flagship in the network, awkwardly located, mainly there for the Japan flights from what I can make out.
