A kind reminder from Mr Hillier landed in my in-box today to remind me (again!) about changes to hand baggage allowances. All nicely arranged against the Gold background. Lovely.

Or may be Mr Hillier noticed my 'foreign' name and thought: bloody foreigners/immigrants - can barely read - let me remind them about that yellow tag. Get that dictionary of yours out!

Or may be Mr Hillier has as little confidence in BA's most 'valuable' customers as some of his customers in his customer-failing airline? Who knows.
