i am also going to zurich (taking advantage of delta's bonus miles) in november, will be staying at the Marriot... since i do not eat cheese, what other swiss specialties should i look for? (besides chocolate )

i love gulash, wienerschnitzel, sauerkraut... (may be it is germany i should be heading?)
