There seems to be a new customer feedback board www.planetfeedback.com Quite a few airline-related complaints and even some compliments. Some valid, lots inane.

If you're getting miles on MyPoints.com, best is to wait for an invitation to join and get 115 pts for writing something. I guess that's why most of the complaints are even there.
