Previous Wording
4C. Travel must be in a continuous forward direction between TC1-TC2-TC3. Backtracking within a continent is permitted except as follows:
Backtracking between Hawaii and other points in North America is not permitted
New wording

Of course the ticket still has a limit of four stopovers per region and a MPM limit.
