I paid $925, it was a internet special on UAL.com, I used the multiple city option to get all the flights then called United Reservations see If I could upgrade all the domestic sections. One confirmed upgrade cert needed to upgrade the RNO LAX ORD LAX segement and one upgrade cert on the ORD SFO RNO segement. Will be in coach from LAX to SIN and SIN to ORD. The way I look at it spending $925 now to have a free round trip business ticket back to Asia later on. UAL internet specials are still available.
