Hence my suggestion to the lurkers to convert the company to using the 24 hr clock. 24.00 on 1st Sept is unambiguous as is the identical moment 00.00 on 2nd Sept. Midnight on 1st Sept could be the beginning of that day or the end.
Could one of the 300 million who live in the US confirm for the 6.7 billion of us who don't - 12.00 AM on the 1st Sept is the same as 00.00 0n 1st Sept, ie one minute between 11.59 PM on 31st August and 12.01 AM on 1st Sept. Then we can close the thread.
