- My Serve has a 0 balance and so does my ReloadIt Safe

Who has my money and any thoughts on what I can do to get it back? Who can I call about this?

I've been getting the "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later" message since 11pm last night. I think they are having some problems with their systems.
