Firstly, I note that when I enter the reservation number on MMB it shows all legs except one which is the return HNL-LAX leg. I queried this with BA and they could not assist as to why - I have then queried with AA who manually input my Exec number into all legs but still no joy. As this leg is not showing on MMB, it shows that I will be receiving 990 TP's as this leg would normally attract 210 TP's.
