IIRC there's also a wine bar in the terminal.

For the Westin, when you're on the departures level land side and facing the check in counters, you need to go to the far left. You enter near the Westin's valet parking desk, follow the hallway, and then go down one level to the main hotel lobby for the restaurant. It's good but not fancy, so don't expect tablecloths or anything like formal service. The menu has an interesting variety of choices.
