The Westin hotel is attached to the airport and has a restaurant and lounge which is supposed to be nice (Reflections). It's outside security, but it has it's own security checkpoint and you have to re-clear security anyways due to the international arrival. Instead of going through security in the international arrivals area, go through the exit for Detroit local passengers and take the escalators up to level 3. The Westin entrance is at the south end of level 3. Once in the Westin, you can enjoy the serenity of their bamboo forest

There's also Andiamo, PF Chang's, and Longhorn Steakhouse in the terminal itself. If you care to venture over to Concourse B/C, there's an "Thee" Irish Pub and a Martini Lounge which might be better for drinks rather than food. Here's the airport terminal map -- http://www.metroairport.com/Portals/...h%20Boingo.pdf
