QATAR has its own separate lounge arrangements at various airports around the world and only use a handful of the lounges operated by One World carriers. Here is the list of lounges QR passengers are allowed to use. For example at IAD I could not use the BA lounge when flying on QR but instead had to use the Virgin Atlantic Lounge. Unfortunately these exceptions for QR passengers are not listed here among the exceptions.
