Had cooked breakfast in CW on the later SFO-LHR flight a few weeks ago, and on the return no tea as a second meal. In CW there were several hot options and a salmon salad which was okay. My mom in first was rather displeased with the non-tea options, which included a fish and some weird pasta dish. The flight attendant apologied for not having a tea service.
