No. You get a gold GGL card and a white CCR Card. It is the pack that is combo. CCR Cards are issued separately on re-qualification.
The GGL card is identical to a gold card with the exception of a little crown and the letters GL at the top right. The CCR card has gold lettering that doesn't seem to last very long before wearing off (or is that just me?)
