Sorry for the mundane question - doesn't seem to have been asked/answered.

3 week trip to France and Portugal, will need to wash clothes or have them laundered. Staying at Sheraton Lisboa for 3 nights, it's the ideal time to deal with laundry. What is the norm in Portugal: do your own in a lavanderia (that's how Google Translate translates laundromat - is it accurate?) or are one day "wash and fold" laundry services easy to find?

Appreciate any advice - and if anyone has a specific recommendation for a wash and fold laundry in Lisbon, it would be much appreciated.
