Sdix, thanks for your comments. Fortunately we will be in row 9 of a 777, so we should be able to get off the plane quickly.

I know about those inter-terminal bus rides and how comfortable (NOT) and sardine-like they are. My wife maintains that her favorite part of the whole flight is when we get to take those 4 little steps into fresh air when leaving the terminal and getting on the bus!
