Normally, if that's the right word and it probably isn't, they board from the back. So you're looking at row 18 or 20 to 29 or thereabouts. If the flight isn't too full then row 23 or thereabouts is not a bad spot to be (apparently!), there is a good chance of an empty middle seat if single, and there isn't normally a space issue in the overheads. At ABZ they may well offload from the back too.
