Thanks~ I get it.. just didn't know that was the term.. Yea - tomorrow, I fly GSO CLT FLL . I really only want to fly CLT FLL, but the rate was hundreds of dollars more out of CLT. Somehow I think if I show up in CLT, my flight has been cancelled. However, I am having my husband drive me to GSO, because I fully intend to not take the return CLT-GSO leg and will have someone pick me up in CLT. I feel comfortable only on the last leg of a trip - never sure what they'll do otherwise. I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling this is highway robbery. They offered a fare, I paid it - the contract is fulfilled. Period.
