The soiled linen bin issue seems to be getting better. Within the last month, Wifey (in 11D..I usually take G & she prefers D) mentioned it to the ISM/Purser during the preflight greeting twice and was interjected with a 'Oh I know, have already told the team' just as my wife spoke 'you know the linen bin, could you..' once, and a 'yeah it can be a problem, will ensure there's no disturbance' the other time. She wasn't disturbed by it even once.
