If you are asking about coach, it's pretty much the same; some might allocate bulkhead seats, and some airlines provide baby cots or bassinets; AA doesn't any longer, but AA does offer Main Cabin Extra with extra legroom (in all other ways, it's economy, and unless you have Platinum or higher status, there is a cost). IB do not have an MCE-like product.
