Booked Premium Economy AKL -> HKG in Mar 2016 on 777-200 refit 2-4-2 abreast. Called reservation hotline and was told last row 27A/B was the only available window/isle adjacent seats.

My question is how is last row compared with other rows (23-26)? Does it have limited recline?
