I'd like to do it for as near $12-13k as possible for the 4 nights including breakfast. Both Shangri-La Horizon room and Langham Place Club level come in at just a bit more than this but the Intercontinental is way above at the current rates.
If you don't want to spend the extra for the IC, I say go with the Shangri La.
