I can report the same notification behavior -- oddly, notifications had been kind of spotty for several months prior to "Be Notified" going live and then once it went live, notifications for flight booked through my corporate travel site stopped entirely.
It's bizarre, honestly, but rather thematic for Be Notified -- can't figure out if any part of this system is better than what we had before, it all seems like a major downgrade.
