I'd concur with others, I do both 195 and 197 a couple of times per year and it is quite variable depending on the other arrivals - longest I've had in the past couple of years is 45 mins.

[I can remember 10 years ago waiting for 2 hours, after a 10hr flight and the sun baking the arrivals area; that was not an enjoyable experience.]

The new automated control is much quicker and I've used in a few times in the past 12 months. Through in 5 minutes each time.

It seems to me that the queue has been moved from immigration to the customs line after bag claim, that is a hit or a miss too and you can easily wait 20 minutes there.
