Each to their own, I guess, but for me an onboard bar is a reason not to choose an airline, not a reason to fly it. I flew EK in Y earlier in the year AKL - SYD, and it wasn't dreadful and the food was ok. I find the F cabin way too clingy and coffin like.

I have to say though, I don't understand the coming on to here by people to come in and say they've gone off to a different airline. A change is as good as a rest as they say, so enjoy, but I never understand the reasons to starting a thread to simply be negative.

Oh and when did BA last describe itself as "the world's favourite airline". I can't remember. It's a fair time ago, and I suspect before I started to fly regularly...
