I have never understood the point of requesting or receiving an apology.

Edit: I stay at Choice 20-30 times a year. I have never checked the tax rate charged, but if they are charging you the wrong tax rate, that is fraud. I highly doubt it is happening. Your other issues - just don't happen for me.

I don't choose a hotel based on whether I get the BRG granted.
