Did an exchange rate show on your account? It seems like there was DCC with a 4% surcharge. If you get a knowledgeable person at BoA - hah!
- you can resolve it quickly. If not, you need to start a chargeback process with reason code 76. The merchant will not solve this unless you file a chargeback.
