Choice has little if any control of what their properties do. Many requests to correct errors have gone unaddressed if even ever answered. Therefore, Choice has become NO CHOICE for me. I'd rather spend the little extra for a chain that responds to customer issues and I did. I was top tier is four different programs until I dropped Choice.
