Yes I experienced this recently. It didn't make much of a difference as the immigration queue was short but the security was a bit long.
However I had an issue with CDG Access 1 arriving at T2A. I flashed my BA Gold card to enter Access 1 immigration, but the guy there said that elite status doesn't count and I have to be traveling in business class.
I argued with him a bit and he eventually let me in saying sarcastically "well I guess you know more than I do about my job". He was right.
