What's better to fly KTM-ORD? or KTM-DEL-ORD? Use AA miles or UA miles? I can do biz class if the flight seats allow us to sit next to our 2 year old. If UA miles, it might be AI or UA nonstop DEL-ORD. Which one is better? AI or UA? I usually prefer foreign carriers on international trip.
