Do you have any idea of destination(s), or interests that might select them (History, art, sports, shopping, etc)?

That will help someone to suggest a route, and comment on how open jaw, land segments, etc could be used to construct an itinerary.

If you want to take a look yourself at what might work I usually start with itasoftware.com. Put in a start and end point and let it suggest direct and indirect routes. Then use gcmap.com to see where the heck those places are, and then look for routes between interesting places to see if even more interesting places can be squeezed in at a price that suits.
