This is the most frustrating and expensive area.

I often pay $200 - $300 for rooms. Sometimes need to stay in SF (that's expensive of course, very, but sometimes that's the only place I can reserve.)

Sometimes the Crowne Plaza San Jose has rooms, at around $200.
