One of my friends runs a tour operator to North Korea that specialises in aviation tours.

It is called Juche Travel Services.

According to their site you can fly on Tu-204-100, IL-62, Tu-134, An-24, IL-18, Tu-204-100/300, Tu-154, IL-76, IL-62, An-148 and Mi-17.
