I am just sharing my experience on this site. I only complaint when I encounter situations that I do not deserve. Since I am not a frequent user on Twitter I do not really use it unless I want to make a complaint: It is generally faster to het a response when you submit one on twitter.
Just to say I do not have any grudge with BA. I started the petition in hopes of letting BA hear my voice (and they responded). If you look at my BA97 calendar you will notice that I mostly fly with BA, and I can tell you that I will still do so by Ex-EU.
BTW Mods please remove my twitter link from FT. I do not want that to be exposed.
