You did not make it clear if you currently have Gold status. If so, then yes, any RT will net you 1,000 EQMs. If not, then any RT that is at least 800 miles in journey will do it. And if you already have Gold status, it would probably be cheaper to do it that way, than to wait for a buy-back offer. If you don't have Gold status this year, then a quick mileage run is your only option left.
