Lounge NO. but chauffeur shouldn't be a problem as both are going to same destination and luggage fits in the trunk. Just be very polite and ask.
As for Lounge the rules are NO. BUT. in AUH if you ask politely and if you get the right person at the entrance you can get in... one thing to keep in mind... if the lounge is busy they will decline. Just make puppy face (LOL) and explain the wait time and as your wife will be in the lounge it would be nice that you could accompany her otherwise both would sit outside for so many hours etc.
