Mine take between 8 days and two weeks.

Examples (First date is date credited, second date is date flown)

07 Aug 2015 22 Jul 2015 Malaysia Airline
MH9180 (Business Class)
Kuala Lumpur - Hong Kong

31 Jul 2015 23 Jul 2015 Malaysia Airline
MH073 (Business Class)
Hong Kong - Kuala Lumpur

There has also been a random case where it just took 4 days. Based on this I start to suspect that MH upload twice a month ?!
