In normal circumstance, the terms and conditions are that you lose £35 if you want to cancel and rebook. However for First you may just be able to switch it, as I did, for nothing. Bear in mind that Avios costs have increased in some instances post April 28th, so your rebooking may force you to hand over a few more Avios. You should be able to push it out to about mid August 2016.
