Changing a Priceline ticket is EXTREMELY difficult. You are totally at the mercy of the gate agent, and in my experience, they have little sympathy for us Priceline Travelers.

IMHO, your best shot is to see if flights around yours are pretty booked up. If they are, you might 'volunteer' to help out by getting on a different (earlier) flight.
