I just realized I'm not the only one with this issue! Incredibly disappointing. Would like to see someone from WestJet respond to this/address this?? (i.e Darren!)

Realistically, the following year from your Qualifying Year is the only time when a higher earn rate would actually be beneficial (depending on how long it takes one to reach the $6000 milestone).

Also, how come is it so hard to get in touch with someone at WestJet who actually knows about the Tier member benefits? (aside from simply reading off the website)
