I called reservations. No idea why that is showing, but they see it too. Have the rules changed or is Shares acting up?

Frankly, I don't want to take the trip without PQM as this trip will push me over 150K for the year. Any suggestions on how to insure?
United's new change that N fares are ineligible perhaps? (that would make me abandon ship this second btw).
