Just ticketed a domestic UA/UX reservation on UA.com with 016 stock. Dirt cheap N fare. Surprised to see:

I called reservations. No idea why that is showing, but they see it too. Have the rules changed or is Shares acting up?

Frankly, I don't want to take the trip without PQM as this trip will push me over 150K for the year. Any suggestions on how to insure?
