For more specific info in or near the Marais...check out the Patroc maps.
I have found them to be not too outdated in general.


This is the Marais:

This is just west of the Marais (a tad closer to Opera Garnier)

As you can see, "gay" establishments tend to be "crusing" oriented.
But as I said before, don't limit yourself to the "gay" establishments. Paris is not just the Marais and you will be welcome anywhere in central Paris.
