Have you tried any of the other other stock sounds on the the phone as some are louder than others and/or have you tried creating and/or downloading louder tones? goalie-mom wears hearing aids and if she's not waring them, she can't hear any of the stock sounds on her iPhone that well so I downloaded some sample tones and found one that was nice and loud (and not obnoxious ) and then synched it to her phone
